Questions about these DC spaces
Which of these spaces can take a restaurant?
Venting is in place at The Kelvin's 2,368 SF space, at Progression Place and at Bryant Street Suite 1A. Progression Place also has a walk-in cooler. Venting at Solstice has not been confirmed. For any concept, check the equipment, delivery condition and permitted use before signing.
What should I check before leasing a restaurant space in DC?
Start with the hood and the exhaust path to the roof, then grease interceptor size, gas service, electrical capacity and HVAC. A second-generation space with a hood can cut build-out time and cost. More on our restaurant space for lease page.
Can you help me find space that isn't listed here?
Yes. Our tenant representation team works for the tenant across the whole DC market, not just our own listings. We find and compare sites, set up tours and negotiate the lease.
