Andrew Poncher brings over 15 years of expertise in the retail real estate industry, earning a reputation for his meticulous approach and dedication to delivering client success. By integrating location intelligence, proprietary client data, and market analytics, Andrew crafts innovative, tailored marketing strategies that drive results.
In the Greater Washington area, Andrew has played a pivotal role in leasing more than 750,000 square feet of prime retail space. He has been instrumental in expanding local favorites like Baked and Wired, All Purpose, Tiger Fork/Calico, and Buffalo and Bergen, while also introducing high-profile out-of-market brands such as The Smith (NYC), HipCityVeg (Philly), and Prenuvo to the region.
As Senior Vice President at Renaud Consulting, Andrew collaborates with a diverse range of clients, including prominent local developers like Jair Lynch, Four Points, and Douglas Development, as well as institutional leaders such as MetLife, Toll Brothers, and Brookfield. His efforts consistently focus on fostering growth and innovation across the Washington Metro Area.
Andrew earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Management from the European Business School of London. A licensed real estate professional in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Retail Brokers Network.
