Leasing & Sales

John F. (“Jack”) Tintle is a commercial real estate professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning brokerage, development, fiscal policy, design, construction management, and marketing. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Planning with a minor in Political Science from The Catholic University of America in 2017, Jack cut his teeth as an architectural designer in Washington DC, where he specialized in restaurant, hospitality, and boutique retail projects and developed an expertise in navigating permitting, building codes and entitlements. In 2024, Jack graduated from the University of Maryland’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program after taking home the top prize in the Colvin Institute’s capstone competition, which entailed a comprehensive development feasibility study from site and market analysis to financial modeling and lease up strategy. He combines market insight, financial analysis, and technical expertise to help clients identify opportunities, navigate complex projects and execute strategic real estate decisions. His experience across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate provides a well-rounded perspective that bridges the gap between vision, feasibility, and execution.
