Renaud Consulting is a full-service commercial real estate company with a retail focus, based in Vienna, Virginia. Our seasoned professionals each bring specific areas of expertise and work together as a team, giving clients advice and counsel designed to enhance the performance of their real estate holdings. We lease shopping centers for owners and find space for retailers and restaurants in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland and West Virginia. Our Business Sales team sells restaurants and other operating businesses, and our separate Investment Sales team sells retail buildings and shopping centers. We manage 1,098,494 square feet of commercial space and 592 apartment units across Virginia, Maryland and Delaware, and we take on management in Washington, DC too.
