Nick’s career began with a strong foundation in the food industry, shaped by his upbringing as the son of Greek immigrant restaurateurs. His expertise in food hall development was honed during his tenure at Cana Development, where he spearheaded projects such as Baltimore’s first private food hall, Mount Vernon Marketplace, and Western Market in Washington, DC’s Foggy Bottom. Nick has managed leasing and development for food halls across the country, with projects ranging from 12,000 to 33,000 square feet, including:

- High Street Place in Boston, MA
