Michael M. Mantooth

Michael Mantooth is a results-driven commercial real estate professional that brings a strong foundation in CRE market research, data analytics, and high-level B2B sales.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Michael worked at the CoStar group, the leading provider of commercial real estate information and analytics as a research analyst and as an Account Executive.

Michael began his career as a Research Analyst intern at NAREIT (National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts), supporting REIT index development and industry outreach. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from George Mason University and is bilingual in English and Spanish. His combination of deep CRE data expertise, client relationship skills, and sales discipline positions him to deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Mantooth is licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
