Mr. Gorman is responsible for commercial leasing and sales at Renaud Consulting. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Gorman had his own law practice specializing in liquor licensing, zoning and real estate which he maintained for over 10+ years. Being a liquor store expert, Matt is very helpful to both tenants looking to open one or more liquor stores, or a landlord looking to lease space in their shopping center to a liquor store.
As an attorney, Mr. Gorman practiced zoning and real estate law at O’Malley Miles and holds a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
Mr. Gorman is licensed to lease and sell real estate in Maryland and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
