Mr. Holland focuses on the leasing and sale of commercial real estate throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia markets. With more than five (5) years of experience in the sale of residential real estate, Jonathan is relationship-oriented and client-focused, and his dedication to helping his clients achieve their goals by leveraging his deep understanding of the local markets is palpable.
A graduate of Penn State’s Smeal College of Business and a former student-athlete, Jonathan applies the discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive he developed on the field to his work in commercial real estate. His combination of market knowledge, client-first mindset and athletic determination allows him to consistently provide exceptional service and value to his clients.
Jonathan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
