Merrell Beth Renaud

With decades of legal and human resources leadership, Merrell Renaud brings a rare blend of strategic counsel, operational insight, and hands-on experience to the role of General Counsel for Renaud Consulting. Her career includes advising on complex employment law matters, legal compliance, risk management and successful litigation, with a particular focus on the real estate and property management sectors.

Known for her pragmatic approach, deep legal knowledge, and ability to align compliance with business goals, Merrell is committed to safeguarding Renaud Consulting and its clients’ interests in a competitive real estate market.

Ms. Renaud’s prior experience includes serving as a trial attorney for the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, together with the private practice of law at several prominent law firms, including Hazel & Thomas, Reed Smith, Squire Sanders and Miles & Stockbridge.

Merrell is a member of the Virginia and DC Bars, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
