Renaud Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of Anthony Caffo to its Leasing and Sales division. Mr. Caffo brings with him over 30 years of vast experience in business and financial analysis, and he will apply his experience to the Renaud Consulting marketing team by providing clients with counsel regarding various types of commercial real estate transactions involving leasing and sales.

A former Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. Caffo has experience consulting for both publicly traded and privately held corporations covering a wealth of divisions, including multi-facility senior healthcare and housing, manufacturing, transportation, financial services, logistics, power generation, trust administration, national pharmacy chains and more. His professional affiliations include Arthur Anderson Consulting, Genesis Health Ventures and KPMG with experience leading initiatives in business information systems and financial analysis. Mr. Caffo is also a property investor, with experience in leadership roles directing ground-up building and historic renovation projects and managing properties in multiple states.

Mr. Caffo has an impressive educational background—a graduate of Catholic University of America as well as Harvard Graduate School of Design, where he studied architecture and construction, Mr. Caffo is experienced in build-out, design, mechanical systems, project management and more. Mr. Caffo is also a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in economics and has completed additional postgraduate studies in taxation. Mr. Caffo is the author of a professionally acclaimed work on the financial reporting impact of finance subsidiaries and lease accounting, and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Mr. Caffo is also licensed to lease and sell real estate in the District of Columbia, Florida and Virginia.
