Reza Saadvandi

As Property Accountant, Mr. Saadvandi is responsible for a variety of accounting practices, including production of financial statements, financial analyses, bank account reconciliations and preparation of monthly packages for PM clients. Reza has experience in both accounting and financial analyses, so he is well-equipped to not only present to clients how an asset is performing, but also analyze how it might perform better by enhancing revenues and value engineering operating expenses and capital costs.

Mr. Saadvandi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from James Madison University in 2018 and is currently a CPA candidate.
