Mary Ann Czarnaski

Ms. Czarnaski serves as Assistant Property Manager at Renaud Consulting and is involved in all aspects of property management, including the development of effective relationships with owners and tenants; supervision of maintenance staff; general property maintenance; implementation of capital improvements and financial reporting and record keeping.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Ms. Czarnaski worked in property management for Lerner Enterprises in Rockville, Maryland for 24 years, where her duties included supporting tenants, coordinating work with vendors and contractors, assisting with daily business operations and monitoring property conditions in both retail shopping centers and Class A office buildings.

As a life-long resident of Northern Virginia, Mary Ann enjoys listening to music, visiting antique shops, watching old movies and is a huge Washington Capitals fan.
