Jack E. Spector

Mr. Spector is an experienced real estate executive with over 30 years in the real estate industry. He focuses primarily on acquisitions for Renaud Consulting, but also counsels third party clients in purchasing and selling commercial real estate. Jack’s strong skills and experience in real estate finance enable him to arrange various debt and equity structures which facilitate RC’s acquisition of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Spector was the founder of Realty Capital Company and RCC Asset Management Company where he was responsible for the acquisition, capitalization and asset management of the investment assets. Preceding his tenure at RCC, Mr. Spector was one of the founders and Executive Vice President of First Washington Realty Trust, a publically traded Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) traded on the NYSE. Prior to First Washington becoming a REIT, Jack’s duties at First Washington included deal structuring, securing debt and equity and all financial activity of the company.

Mr. Spector is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BS in Business and Accounting, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
