Henry M. Renaud

Mr. Renaud has a wide breadth of knowledge of, and 30+ years experience in, the real estate industry. He oversees all operations of Renaud Consulting and specializes in retail leasing, management, investments and strategic planning. Prior to founding Renaud Consulting, Mr. Renaud was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at First Washington Realty, Inc. (“FWR”) where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers nationwide. Previously at FWR, Mr. Renaud served as Director of Leasing and was responsible for overseeing leasing agents and approving leases for 60+ properties throughout the east coast. Mr. Renaud practiced real estate law at Holland & Knight in the early 1990s and holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, a M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. His professional affiliations include membership in the Virginia State Bar and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
