Ms. Fassett is responsible for accounts receivable and payable with respect to RC’s managed property portfolio and all corporate accounting. Cheri is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 12+ years of accounting experience with Lincoln Property Company (Assistant Controller), First Washington Realty, Inc. (Senior Property Accountant) and Host Marriott Corporation
(Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting). Ms. Fassett holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in accounting from George Mason University.
