RC TEAM CONTINUES TO GROW

Hellina Mesfen

Property Manager

 

Mrs. Mesfen serves as Property Manager at Renaud Consulting coordinating all aspects of property management, including the development of effective relationships with owners and tenants; supervision of maintenance staff; general property maintenance; implementation of capital improvements and financial reporting and record keeping.

 

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mrs. Mesfen worked in property management for Atlantic Realty in Vienna, Virginia where her duties included conducting and coordinating the review of property surveys/inspections for lease compliance, managing maintenance oversight and site improvements and communicating with the ownership groups regarding vacancies, leasing activity, applications, new tenants, lease renewals and property legal matters.

 

Hellina has a Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University (2013). She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, fashion design and community services during her free time.

 

Zena Amin

Office Administrator

 

As Office Administrator at Renaud Consulting, Zena is dedicated to providing seamless support our brokerage and property management team by ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks and fostering a productive work environment. With strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, Zena prides herself on creating a positive and professional environment. Zena is adaptable , resourceful and thrives in fast-paced and dynamic work environments. Throughout Zena’s career, she has honed her ability to strategize, plan and execute administrative processes that enhance efficiency and positively impact the bottom line. Zena has her associate degree in information technology (2015) from Middlesex County College in Edison, New Jersey. She is also fluent in Pashto and Urdu.
