RC Team Grows To Serve Clients
Khagi Thapa, Namu Nanka, and Ruth Solomon Join Renaud Consulting.
Renaud Consulting is excited to announce the addition of Khagi Thapa, Namu Nanka, and Ruth Solomon to the RC Team.
Khagi Thapa
As Property Accountant, Ms. Thapa is responsible for a variety of accounting practices, including the production of financial statements, financial analyses, bank account reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly packages for PM clients. Khagi has experience in accounting both in Nepal and in the United States, which gives her a broad perspective on financial matters that aids her in problem-solving and auditing.
Master’s degree in finance from Banaras Hindu University, BHU Varanasi India. Khagi is fluent in Nepali and can communicate in Hindi. She enjoys fitness and traveling.
Namu Nanka
As Marketing Specialist, Ms. Nanka is responsible for not only preparing and disseminating marketing materials through many channels, including social media, but she also performs market research and analyses for our brokers. With a background in communications, Namu provides an extra layer of “polish” and professionalism” to our various marketing campaigns.
Ms. Nanka is also skilled in graphics design that, when coupled with unbridled enthusiasm and a positive attitude, leads to creativity and new ideas enabling Renaud Consulting to build and promote our brand image.
Namu earned her Master of Arts in Communications in 2022 from Johns Hopkins University, following her graduation from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 2020. She is originally from Tibet and is fluent in both Chinese and Tibetan.
Ruth Solomon
Ruth works in the Property Management Division of Renaud Consulting as an Accounts Payable Specialist processing various invoices that come to Renaud Consulting. Prior to working at Renaud Consulting, Ms. Solomon worked as a Database Associate at WETA.
Ruth is a graduate of Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts, and is currently completing her degree in Accounting via online classes at Old Dominion University. In her spare time, Ruth enjoys trying out new foods and spending time outdoors. She is fluent in Amharic.
