Matt Gorman and Kamron Izadi Join Renaud Consulting.

Renaud Consulting is excited to announce the addition of Matt Gorman and Kamron Izadi to the RC Broker Team.

Matt Gorman:

“With a legal background as an attorney, and a special expertise in MD liquor licensing laws, Mr. Gorman brings deep experience to the RC Broker Team, enabling us to provide our clients with the very best advice and counsel”, said Henry M. Renaud, President of Renaud Consulting.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Gorman had his own law practice specializing in liquor licensing, zoning and real estate which he maintained for over 10+ years.  Being a liquor store expert, Matt is very helpful to both tenants looking to open one or more liquor stores, or a landlord looking to lease space in their shopping center to a liquor store.

As an attorney, Mr. Gorman practiced zoning and real estate law at O’Malley Miles and holds a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.

Mr. Gorman is licensed to lease and sell real estate in Maryland and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Kamron Izadi:

“Kamron has a strong background in real estate investment sales and analysis, so he knows how to quickly assess the financial viability of a commercial property, allowing RC to properly advise our clients in how to (i) maximize the value of their property (for Owners) and (ii) enable merchants to choose the site location that is most optimal for their needs (for Tenants)”, said Henry M. Renaud, President of Renaud Consulting.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Kamron worked as a Real Estate Analyst for Carderock. This experience allowed him to develop a strong grasp of the markets in the local DMV area as well as the broader Mid-Atlantic region. Kamron is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park. Outside of work, Kamron enjoys fitness, travel and spending time with family or friends.

Mr. Izadi is licensed to lease and sell real estate in Maryland and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
