Lawrence Lerman, Ebony Walker, Sarah Lintner and Travis Feng Join Renaud Consulting.

Renaud Consulting is happy to welcome Lawrence Lerman, Sarah Lintner and Travis Feng to the Property Management Division at Renaud Consulting.  “With Lawrence in the field forging relationships with our tenants as a property manager “who really cares” about his tenants, and Sarah “holding down the fort” back at the office as an Assistant Property Manager who is always focused on the details, we can continue to provide first-class PM services to our clients”, said Henry M. Renaud, President of Renaud Consulting.  “In addition, with Ebony Walker as Lease Administrator, all lease information is well-organized and deadly accurate.  And lastly, with Travis joining our PM Accounting Team as Accounts Payable Specialist, invoices get analyzed, coded and paid in a timely manner and debits always equal credits”.

Lawrence Lerman:

Mr. Lerman is the Property Manager who works alongside our Director of Property Management to oversee the firm’s operating division which services in excess of 1.0 million square feet of commercial real estate. Lawrence’s background includes residential real estate management and commercial construction management.

Prior to working at Renaud Consulting, Lawrence managed a residential apartment building in the Foggy Bottom area of Washington, DC where he assisted with leasing, advertising, and tenant management. Lawrence also worked for First Republic Bank as a Client Service Associate ensuring client confidentiality, while processing domestic and international wire transfers.

Mr. Lerman received his Bachelor’s Degree in Justice and Law from American University in May of 2021 and currently resides in the Washington D.C. area.  His past volunteer experience includes helping manage a sports clinic for special needs children. In his spare time, Mr. Lerman enjoys sports, fitness and traveling.

Ebony Walker:

As Lease Administrator, Ms. Walker is the “gateway” through which all leases enter the RC management portfolio.  Ebony works closely with our financial management team in getting leases entered into our Yardi software system, preparing budgets for managed properties and reconciling tenants’ payments of NNN charges.  Ms. Walker has superior organizational skills and extraordinary attention to detail, which help enable RC to deliver deadly accurate reports to clients in a timely manner.

Ms. Walker was awarded an Associate’s Degree from John Taylor Community College and has much experience in lease administration, both in the technology industry and the financial services industry.  Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Ebony now resides in Waldorf, Maryland.

Sarah Lintner:

As Assistant Property Manager, Ms. Lintner acts as a support to our Property Managers and our Director of Property Management in completing day-to-day tasks. Sarah’s ability to concentrate on important details allows the Property Management team to operate both efficiently and effectively.

Ms. Lintner graduated cum laude in May 2019 with a B.A. in Psychology and Classical Studies from Christopher Newport University. Most notably, she participated in an archaeological excavation of an ancient villa just outside of Rome, which allowed her to expand her knowledge of the outside world. Spending a year in customer service after graduation, she gained first-hand experience on how to assure a customer’s needs are always met.

Sarah is a native of Northern Virginia, born in Falls Church and raised in Manassas.

Travis Feng:

As Accounts Payable Specialist at Renaud Consulting, Mr. Feng is responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for processing incoming payments for many our managed properties in an accurate and timely manner. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Travis has previous experience in working at accounting firms, so he has solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles. In addition, Mr. Feng performs day-to-day financial transactions and accounts payable reconciliations.

Mr. Feng holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He also received the graduate certificate in forensic accounting in 2019. His high degree of accuracy and attention to detail greatly facilitate the timely and accurate payments of invoices. Mr. Feng is fluent in Mandarin.
