Percy A. Davis Joins Renaud Consulting.

Renaud Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of Percy Davis to the RC Property Management Team.  “Percy knows how to get the job done and put a smile on people’s faces at the same time.  His positive, can-do attitude is contagious”, said Henry M. Renaud, President of Renaud Consulting.  We are thrilled that Percy had joined us, as we  continue to expand our PM services and our client base.”

Percy joined Renaud Consulting in 2020, but he has been involved in the leasing and sale of commercial and residential properties for more than 7 years, including stints with Coldwell Banker and Fulton Grace Realty.  Hailing from the Windy City of Chicago, Illinois where he attended Northwestern University, Percy has experience managing a variety of real estate, including retail, office and residential.

As a certified personal trainer, Percy knows that hard work and discipline, applied consistently in both your personal and professional life, is the key to success.  He strives to put forth his best effort each day regardless of the task at hand, so as to assure that our standard of excellence at Renaud Consulting is not compromised.
