It is with great pleasure that we announce the addition of Ed Dosik to our Property Management Team.  As Director of Property Management, Mr. Dosik will provide our PM Division with leadership well-steeped in both practical experience and academic training.  Ed’s background and approach to asset management embodies our “holistic approach” to real estate consulting, with his interdisciplinary expertise in finance, accounting, physical property management and construction management.  In short, we are thrilled to have Ed on our team.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Dosik was the Director of the Commercial Division at Southern Management Corporation where, along with a team of 12-14 other employees, was responsible for approximately 1.0 million square feet of retail and office properties. His work also included extensive leasing, construction and contractor supervision, budgeting and tenant engagement programs.

Preceding his tenure at Southern Management Corporation, Mr. Dosik was the Vice President of Financial Operations for First Washington Realty, Inc. where he managed a portfolio of ten (10) shopping centers located in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Ed also has extensive experience in both large companies and small companies focused on purchase and sale transactions, review of construction documents, value added leasing and closing debt transactions.

Mr. Dosik started his career with one of the national accounting firms in their Washington, DC office with a concentration in real estate clients.  He holds a BS in Accounting and Economics from the Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania and maintains an active CPA license.  Ed is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  He is a native Washingtonian and now lives in Maryland.
