Renaud Consulting, through its development affiliate, RC Development Group (RCDG), is pleased to announce the grand opening of Wawa at 1215 Seminole Trail in Charlottesville, Virginia.

RCDG, in equity partnership with ARCTRUST, purchased the land, entered into a long-term ground lease with Wawa, procured all the necessary entitlements to (i) demolish the existing structure, (ii) remediate the site, and (iii) construct a new Wawa gas station/convenience store on the pad site, and performed all the site work to ready the pad site for Wawa to construct its largest prototype gas station/convenience store.

Lastly, the pad site, with the new Wawa gas station/convenience store intact, was sold for $10,225,000.00.

Mark Fontaine, Director of Development at Renaud Consulting, initiated this development project and managed it from start to finish.
