With the addition of our Food Hall Division and Multifamily Division last year, together with the growth of our leasing and property management portfolio, Renaud Consulting (RC) continues to add new members to the team; namely, we welcome to the RC Team (1) Donald Hando, our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), (2) Jason Huddler and Casey Farzad Moalem, both brokers specializing in commercial leasing and investment sales, and (3) Angie Mondragon, our Marketing Specialist (coming back to RC for a second stint).  “From the Hawaiian culture, we have learned about the power of “Ohana” – meaning “family” and we have built a team of highly-skilled people that both love what they do who they do it with. At RC, our integrated approach brings together people with different, but complementary, skill sets and backgrounds to achieve our client’s goals and, at the same time, enjoy the camaraderie of working as a team and looking out for one another”, said Henry M. Donald Hando

Chief Operating officer

Mr. Hando serves as Chief Financial Officer where he leads the accounting department in all day-to-day activities while working on key financial decisions impacting the company. He brings with him more than 10 years of directly-related business and financial real estate experience. Previously, he was a Controller at Acento where he oversaw the financial reporting for the residential property management portfolio. Prior to his time at Acento, Mr. Hando was Controller at Edge Commercial Real Estate, where he managed all corporate and investment-level accounting, financial reporting and internal controls. He also has experience at Trammel Crow Residential and Atlantic Pacific Management. Mr. Hando graduated from Florida Atlantic University where he received his Master’s of Accounting, Cum Laude, and Bachelor’s in Accounting.

 

Jason Huddler

Leasing & Sales

As a member of the RC Brokerage Team, Mr. Huddler focuses on leasing and investment sales throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Jason has a passion for facilitating successful deal making and providing exceptional service. He believes that the key to doing good business is through hard work and strong relationships. Jason graduated from George Mason University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Business, with a major in Finance and a minor in Business Analytics. Mr. Huddler is licensed to lease and sell real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Beta Alpha Psi – Theta Alpha, an international honors society where he was a former Vice President.

Casey Farzad Moalem

As a member of the RC Brokerage Team, Mr. Moalem specializes in commercial real estate transactions, focusing on leasing and investment sales throughout the vibrant Mid-Atlantic Region. Casey is known for his high-energy approach to deal-making and delivering outstanding service to clients. His attention to detail and unwavering dedication to serving our clients to the best of his ability make Casey a valuable member of the RC Brokerage Team.

Angie Mondragon

Marketing Specialist

Ms. Mondragon is responsible for graphic design and social media at Renaud Consulting. Angie’s creative and innovative approach to marketing enables Renaud Consulting to push the limits of new technology and market properties and services in new and exciting ways. Ms. Mondragon’s acute focus and endless energy are key ingredients in our formula to build a brand that people can trust and rely upon for first class commercial real estate services. Ms. Mondragon is a recent graduate of Radford University, receiving a bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design in May 2019.
