Leonard Pick

Mr. Pick is responsible for tenant and landlord representation for retail clients and properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with a special emphasis on representing tenants in the food service industry. Over the last 32 years, Mr. Pick has been actively involved in all facets of commercial retail brokerage throughout the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, including landlord representation, tenant representation, business brokerage and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Leonard served as a Leasing Representative at Next Realty. Leonard holds a BCE in Civil Engineering from City College of New York. Leonard is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and a licensed salesperson in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1992.
