Maggie Bu and Tessa Stehlik Join Renaud Consulting.

Renaud Consulting is thrilled to welcome Jing (Maggie) Bu and Tessa Stehlik to the Accounting Team operating within our Property Management Division at Renaud Consulting.  “With Maggie as a Property Accountant and Tessa as our Accounts Payable Clerk, rents and payments are quickly processed and debits always equal credits.”, said Henry M. Renaud, President of Renaud Consulting.

Maggie Bu:

Mrs. Bu assists our Controller with all aspects of commercial real estate accounting. Maggie’s responsibilities include preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciling balance sheet accounts, producing real estate tax and insurance billings for tenants and the like.

Mrs. Bu holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from George Mason University (2019) and is currently completing her second Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of North America. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Maggie was an Accounting Associate at Landmark Title Services, Inc. in Vienna, Virginia.  Maggie’s extensive education and experience provide her with the skill sets necessary to produce accurate and reliable work products for our clients. Maggie is fluent in Mandarin and also can communicate in French.

Tessa Stehlik:

As Accounts Payable Clerk, Ms. Stehlik supports both our Property Accountants and Controller in processing various and sundry invoices for our managed properties. Tessa’s attention to detail and strong organizational skills contribute to the first class performance of our Property Management team.

Ms. Stehlik attended Radford University and graduated from Franklin County High School in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Tessa has prior experience working in retail sales, so she understands the retail businesses being conducted by most of the tenants in our managed shopping centers.
