Sam Crowther Joins Renaud Consulting.

Renaud Consulting is excited to announce the addition of Sam Crowther to the RC Broker  Team.  “Sam knows all sides of retail leasing, having worked as a third party broker at H&R Retail, a Tenant Representative at Hair Cuttery and a Landlord representative at Federal Realty, so he able to help the parties bridge the gap on lease issues and find common ground.” , said Henry M. Renaud, President of Renaud Consulting.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Crowther worked as a Leasing Broker at Lee & Associates in Washington, DC.

Sam is licensed to sell and lease real estate in Maryland and Washington, DC (with VA license pending) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
