Mr. Crowther is responsible for commercial leasing and sales at Renaud Consulting. Sam specializes in retail leasing, representing both tenants and landlords throughout Maryland and Virginia. Sam has over 15 years of experience in retail leasing, starting with H&R Retail as a Retail Broker, then with Hair Cuttery as a Real Estate Representative , then with Federal Realty as a Leasing Representative and lastly with Lee & Associates as a Leasing Broker. Mr. Crowther is licensed to lease and sell real estate in Maryland and Virginia (pending) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
