Ron Thomas Joins Renaud Consulting.         

Renaud Consulting is thrilled to announce the addition of Ron Thomas to the RC Property Management Team. “Ron knows how to make a shopping center run smoothly, from the ‘big picture’ perspective of an asset manager to the ‘nuts and bolts’ perspective of a property manager. He is the embodiment of vertical integration in our industry”, said Henry M. Renaud, President of Renaud Consulting.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting in 2020, Mr. Thomas was the General Manager at Dulles International Airport in which he oversaw the real estate for the entire 240 gates that IAD serves.  His work also included extensive leasing, construction and contractor supervision, budgeting, tenant engagement programs and pushing tenants’ sales upwards to $134 million in 2019. In addition, Mr. Thomas served as General Manager for Federal Realty Investment Trust (managing Rockville Town Square) and asset / property manager for The Lenkin Company and First Potomac Realty Trust.

As the Director of Business Development / Senior Property Manager, at Renaud Consulting, Mr. Thomas leverages his impressive 25 years of experience in working alongside our Director of Property Management and in overseeing the firm’s operating division which services in excess of 1.0 million square feet of commercial real estate.
