Sergio Prado and Thu-Ha Bui Join Renaud Consulting.

Sergio Prado

Mr. Prado assists our Controller with all aspects of commercial real estate accounting. Sergio’s responsibilities include preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciling balance sheet accounts, producing real estate tax and insurance billings for tenants and the like.

Mr. Prado holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and is currently completing his Bachelor’s Degree in accounting at George Mason University School of Business. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Sergio held positions in commercial real estate accounting at Cambridge Holding LLC, and Sentry Management Inc..  Sergio’s experience and education provide him with the skill sets necessary to produce accurate and reliable work products for our clients.

Thu-Ha T. Bui

Mrs. Bui assists RC’s controller in all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Thu-Ha has prior experience in Accounting and Finance, with over 10 years of accounting experience in real estate management as a staff accountant (property accountant) at Rosewood Management & Consulting Services, LLC and ProCAM, LLC. Those experiences provide her with the skill sets necessary to ensure clients that RC’s financial work product will not only be done timely, but accurately.

Mrs. Bui graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with a degree in Accounting.
