Fermi Nasir

As Property Accountant, Ms. Nasir assists our Controller and Chief Financial Officer with all aspects of commercial real estate accounting.  Fermi’s responsibilities at RC include preparation of monthly financial statements, reconciling balance sheet accounts, producing real estate tax and insurance billings for tenants and the like.

With prior experience in the mortgage industry, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Business Management from Washington College in Chestertown MD, Fermi has the fundamental skill sets and experience to enable her to excel within our accounting team.  Additionally, Ms. Nasir is proficient in Bangla, her native language. Outside of work, Fermi finds relaxation in reading and practicing yoga.
