With a strong foundation in Business Finance, Bibi is equipped to assist her clients and both formulating strategies and then implementing them, so as to achieve their goals and maximize their investment returns. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Bibi expertly combines meticulous planning with real estate acumen. Additionally, Bibi’s proficiency in Cybersecurity reflects a deep understanding of modern business environments.
What truly distinguishes Ms. Boehm is fluency in five languages: Uyghur, Chinese, Uzbek, Turkish, and English. This multilingual capability allows Bibi to bridge cultures and communicate effectively, thereby giving clients a comfortable level and cultural synergy with Bibi that serves as a strong foundation when forging client relationships.
Ms. Boehm earned a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Liberty University in 2015, and also earned a Master in Cyber Security from George Washington University in 2023. Bibi is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Retail Brokers Network and is licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
