Mr. J. Duggan Hirt (“Dug”) facilitates the acquisition, leasing and sale of commercial real estate at Renaud Consulting. He focuses primarily on acquisitions for Renaud Consulting as a direct buyer, but also counsels third party clients by providing underwriting services, financial analyses and due diligence services in connection with purchasing and selling commercial real estate. He has helped grow several local firms, concentrated in the Northern Virginia suburbs, as well as participated as both a team member and a leader in global institutional environments (such as JPMorganChase, CBRE and Prudential Financial). Although well traveled and knowledgeable in most major markets in the United States, Mr. Hirt has spent most of his career and is very familiar with the suburbs of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and continues his current practice there, helping both property owners and tenants make the best use of their real estate. Mr. Hirt holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University, is a licensed associate broker in Maryland and Virginia and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
