Welcoming Jack Tintle to Renaud Consulting

Renaud Consulting is pleased to announce that Jack Tintle has joined our leasing and sales team.

Jack brings a unique combination of retail brokerage experience and design expertise to Renaud. With a background representing both tenants and landlords across the Mid-Atlantic, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Maryland, Jack’s approach goes beyond comps – he reads buildings the way most brokers read rent rolls. His previous work includes commercial and hospitality design, owner’s representation on lab and manufacturing projects, and impact fee modeling for local governments.

Tenant Representation: Jack has worked extensively on behalf of retail tenants and landlords, with a focus on understanding the technical aspects of space that often derail deals – from grease interceptors to gas service and permitting.

Educational Background:

  • Master’s in Real Estate Development, University of Maryland (top prize, Colvin Institute’s capstone)
  • Hands-on experience in commercial and hospitality design

Jack’s practical knowledge of both the brokerage and construction sides of the business makes him a strong asset for clients navigating complex retail deals.

Please join us in welcoming Jack to Renaud Consulting.
