Renaud Consulting is a full service commercial real estate company comprised of seasoned professionals with specific areas of expertise, who together as a team, provide clients with advice and counsel designed to enhance the performance of their real estate holdings and maximize returns. We represent landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. We serve six (6) states, including Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania and North Carolina, with our headquarters in Tyson’s Corner, Virginia.
We are seeking a candidate to join our marketing team as a leasing and sales agent who will work on current business with existing clients and help generate new business through networking and research. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with seasoned veteran agents in the industry who will provide mentorship, be exposed to deal-making at various levels of sophistication, network with various, brokers, clients and other important people in the commercial real estate business and become a member of a very well-respected and successful marketing team that truly does utilize a “team approach”.
The position is commission-based with incentives and benefits.
Skills and Qualifications
- Real Estate Salesperson license
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as a commercial real estate agent
- Good attention to detail and well organized
- Good verbal and written communication skills
