Brian Ball, Jr
Vice President of Leasing & Sales
As Vice President of Sales & Leasing at Renaud Consulting, Mr. Ball is involved with all brokerage activities related to commercial sales & leasing, including providing consulting and advisory services to various clients (including buyers, sellers landlords and tenants). In addition, Brian has extensive experience in land acquisition & assemblage, enabling him to assist clients in development projects and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Ball served as Director of Investment Sales at Greysteel CRE, Retail Leasing Manager for Fraport USA (managing retail leasing at DCA & IAD Airports), and Director of Investment Sales at KLNB Retail.
Mr. Ball received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Delaware, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
