Renaud Mr. Renaud has a wide breadth of knowledge of, and 25+ years experience in, the real estate industry. He oversees all operations of Renaud Consulting and specializes in retail leasing, management, investments and strategic planning. Prior to founding Renaud Consulting, Mr. Renaud was Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at First Washington Realty, Inc. ("FWR") where he was responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of shopping centers nationwide. Previously at FWR, Mr. Renaud served as Director of Leasing and was responsible for overseeing leasing agents and approving leases for 60+ properties throughout the east coast. Mr. Renaud practiced real estate law at Holland & Knight in the early 1990s and holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center, a M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. His professional affiliations include membership in the Virginia State Bar and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Martin B. Flax Mr. Flax specializes in retail leasing and is known throughout the Washington DC Metro area as the "deal machine". Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Flax served as Senior Vice President at First Washington Realty, Inc. ("FWR") for 15+ years where he was the top producing leasing agent virtually every year, handling an average of 35 shopping centers. Prior to his tenure at FWR, Marty was a top-producing leasing representative at Combined Properties for 10+ years. Marty is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Leonard Pick Mr. Pick is responsible for tenant and landlord representation for retail clients and properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with a special emphasis on representing tenants in the food service industry. Over the last 32 years, Mr. Pick has been actively involved in all facets of commercial retail brokerage throughout the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, including landlord representation, tenant representation, business brokerage and commercial acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Leonard served as a Leasing Representative at Next Realty. Leonard holds a BCE in Civil Engineering from City College of New York. Leonard is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and a licensed salesperson in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1992.

John Marigliano Mr. Marigliano specializes in retail commercial leasing, representing both landlords and tenants throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition, John is active in the sale of commercial properties and the sale/transfer of commercial businesses as a business broker. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Marigliano was Vice President of Leasing and Retail Sales at Thur and Associates and a sales associate at Long and Foster Real Estate.

Prior to his real estate career, John was involved in the ownership and operation of numerous restaurants, including the creation of critically acclaimed Pasta Basta Trattoria and Benny's Bayou Kitchen, both casual dining restaurants in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Some of the many businesses he owned include national and regional chains such as Bojangle's Famous Chicken and Biscuits and Jerry's Subs and Pizza, in which he was a multi-unit operator.

Mr. Marigliano is a graduate of George Mason University and also attended the University of Maryland. He is licensed to sell and lease real estate in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Gwen Edwards Ms. Edwards has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry, ranging from mall management and shopping center property management to commercial leasing in private companies and real estate investment trusts. She specializes in retail leasing with a strong knowledge of accounting, property management & construction issues. Ms. Edwards is known throughout the Washington, DC Metro area for her attention to detail and ability to canvass the local trade areas for small "mom & pop" tenants. Gwen has served as a Vice President at Saul Centers, a Senior Leasing Executive at First Washington Realty, Inc. and a Mall Manager for Franconia Associates. Gwen received a Bachelor's Degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She is licensed to sell and lease real estate in Virginia and Maryland and holds a C.S.M. designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Andre R. FontaineMr. Fontaine has over 25 years of experience in the area of real estate construction & engineering, with specialized experience in property management, acquisition and development. He has successfully completed numerous land acquisition / development projects, and continues to provide technical expertise to clients regarding land use, zoning regulation, and land development in the Northern Virginia region.

Andre currently serves as Property Manager and Construction Manager at Renaud Consulting. A registered civil engineer in Virginia and Maryland, he has extensive experience in all facets of commercial and residential land development, encompassing: due diligence; concept engineering; subdivision entitlements; site plans; storm water management; siltation & erosion control; on-site sewage disposal; potable water system design and installation; hydrogeology; legal documents associated with sale, lease, development & acquisitions; legal documents associated with deeds, easements, covenants, homeowners and condominium associations.

Mr. Fontaine has previously worked as a site design engineer, responsible for the preparation of grading, site, and erosion control plans, roadway design calculations, and storm water detention design; and as an assistant in zoning research, land use planning, site development permitting, and building permits for a commercial development company. Andre has also been involved with all aspects of property management throughout his career.

Mr. Fontaine holds a B. S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a registered professional engineer with the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland. He is a certified OSHA Hazardous Materials Site Worker, an On-Site Haz-Mat Management Supervisor and a Confined Space Entry Worker. Mr. Fontaine is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Environmental Water Resource Institute (EWRI). Mr. Fontaine currently serves on the Town of Leesburg (Virginia) Watershed Advisory Committee.

Brendan M. Clark Mr. Clark started at Renaud Consulting in 2011 and represents landlords and tenants throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, with an emphasis on retail leasing. In 2013, Brendan was one of the top producers at Renaud Consulting, completing 29 total lease transactions, including Planet Fitness, Dollar General and Freedom Bank. As a landlord representative, Mr. Clark represents notable clients Broad Street Realty, Zimmer Development and Brahin Properties. With respect to tenant representation, Brendan represents notable retailers Lost Dog Cafe and Manhattan Pizza. Mr. Clark started his real estate career in 2005 at National Real Estate Brokerage and joined H & R Retail in 2007 where he was primarily involved in landlord leasing for Regency Centers and Giant Food. Prior to entering the real estate business, Brendan worked in the restaurant business for Morton’s of Chicago and The Capital Grille.

Mr. Clark holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Administration from the University of South Carolina. He is licensed to sell and lease real estate in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a CLS (Certified Leasing Specialist) Certification. He has served as Co-Chair for the ICSC Idea Exchange Retailer Exhibitors Sub-Committee and was awarded a Co-Star Power Broker Award in 2008.

Ann C. Page With over thirty (30) years of experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Page has represented landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in leasing and selling various types of commercial real estate, including retail, office, industrial and vacant land. Early in her real estate career, Ann gained much experience in retail leasing working with the A.J. Dwoskin Company. Then, at Randall Hagner Company, Ann served as Vice President and Partner, where she was a consistent Top Producer for many years in both leasing and sales. Later, Ann was recruited by Keller Williams, where she managed and expanded the Commercial Division in McLean, Virginia, and then went forward in building the Keller Williams Commercial Divisions in Tyson’s Corner and Arlington, Virginia.

Ms. Page specializes in finding off-market deals for seasoned investors. She is also an expert in condo office conversions and has acted as a consultant in repositioning office buildings for condominium sales in various retail and office projects. Her marketing and management background, together with years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, have earned Ann recognition and numerous awards in the greater Washington area. In addition, Ms. Page has taught commercial real estate classes to agents with local firms, as well as bankers and developers.

Ms. Page has a degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky and serves on numerous volunteer Boards in Northern Virginia. She is the President Elect of the Tysons Rotary Club and the D. C. Commander of the Sovereign Order of St. John. She was President of the McLean Orchestra, and for two years has Co-Chaired the Charity Auction for CharityWorks. Ann is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Don Fassett Mr. Fassett oversees all accounting functions at Renaud Consulting and specializes in management accounting and third party client reporting. Don has a wide spectrum of accounting and management knowledge pertaining to commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Fassett has performed a vast array of accounting and management functions throughout his 25 year career for various REITs (Mills Corp, CarrAmerica), Real Estate Advisors (First Washington Realty), Third Party Management Companies (Carey Winston, Jones Lang Wootton in NYC, Cushman & Wakefield in NYC) and Individual Real Estate Owners (Atlantic Realty, The Peterson Companies, Edward S. Gordon Company in NYC). Mr. Fassett is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Jack E. Spector Mr. Spector is an experienced real estate executive with over 30 years in the real estate industry. He focuses primarily on acquisitions for Renaud Consulting, but also counsels third party clients in purchasing and selling commercial real estate. Jack's strong skills and experience in real estate finance enable him to arrange various debt and equity structures which facilitate RC's acquisition of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Spector was the founder of Realty Capital Company and RCC Asset Management Company where he was responsible for the acquisition, capitalization and asset management of the investment assets. Preceding his tenure at RCC, Mr. Spector was one of the founders and Executive Vice President of First Washington Realty Trust, a publically traded Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) traded on the NYSE. Prior to First Washington becoming a REIT, Jack's duties at First Washington included deal structuring, securing debt and equity and all financial activity of the company.

Mark J. Fontaine Mr. Fontaine has been active in the real estate industry for 24 years, ranging from development to commercial leasing and sales. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mark served as a Senior Vice President at Realty Diversified Services for 6 years. Mark received a Bachelor's Degree from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. He is an active Volunteer Firefighter in Loudoun County, where he currently holds the position as President of the Purcellville Volunteer Fire Department. He is licensed to sell and lease real estate in Virginia, and holds a C.C.I.M. designation.

Dean Neiman Mr. Neiman has enjoyed over 22 years of progressive real estate experience in the design, development, leasing, sales, delivery, management and renovation of commercial assets. At Renaud Consulting, Dean specializes in retail commercial sales and leasing, representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, but is also active in leasing and selling office and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Neiman was a Vice President of sales and leasing at Trimark Corporation where he was involved in the sales and leasing of a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. He has also worked for Keating Development, Vornado Realty Trust and the Charles E. Smith Companies.

Dean earned a B.S. in Housing Interior Design and Resource Management at Virginia Tech with a concentration in Property Management. He is currently licensed to lease and sell commercial real estate in Virginia and the District of Columbia, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a candidate for BOMA's Real Property Administrator designation.

Hong Diem Pham Ms. Pham handles a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions at Renaud Consulting, ranging from representing both landlords and tenants in leasing retail and office space, to representing investors in purchasing and selling commercial real estate retail shopping centers, office buildings, land and industrial facilities.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Hong was a Managing Partner of Westgate Commercial & Westgate Business Group.

With respect to real estate finance, Ms. Pham has over 25 years of experience in holding various leadership roles in the banking industry with institutions such as HSBC, CitiBank, SunTrust, and has over 15 years of experience working as a Commercial Lender/Senior Relationship Manager in charge of managing a portfolio of corporate clients with annual revenues up to $100 Million. With this background, Hong can lend a unique expertise in analyzing and qualifying real estate deals where clients can secure financing as needed.

Hong earns her client’s trust by working closely with each and every client to gain a thorough understanding of their current and future business needs, so she can make appropriate recommendations in formulating their real estate investment strategy. Hong maintains a strong professional network established over 30 years in the market, offering her business clients connections to services critical to their success, including seasoned commercial lenders, CPAs, attorneys and builders. Hong holds her RE Salesperson licenses in VA, MD and DC. In addition to being a member of ICSC, AAREA, VietnamCham (former ED), Hong dedicates most of her time to community services. Hong currently serves on the Board of Asian American LEAD and as the Executive Director for World Health Ambassador. She is also among the founding members of Jade Philanthropy Society.

Don LeeMr. Lee specializes in retail commercial leasing at Renaud Consulting, representing both landlords and tenants throughout the Washington DC Metro area. In addition, Mr. Lee is active in the sale of commercial real estate. His broad experience in construction, management and brokerage services enables Don to provide our clients with a comprehensive plan for the ownership, operation, leasing and sales of their properties consistent with RC's "all under one roof" approach to real estate services.

Mr. Lee has over 10 years of experience in the retail business and commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Lee was a Principal of Westgate Commercial and Westgate Business Group. Mr. Lee also was involved in the ownership and operation of numerous retail businesses. Some of the many businesses Don owned include national and regional chains (such as 7-Eleven and Day Spa), in which he was a multi-unit operator.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Mason University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is an active member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and the Virginia Association of Realtors.

Dug HirtMr. J. Duggan Hirt ("Dug") facilitates the acquisition, leasing and sale of commercial real estate at Renaud Consulting. He focuses primarily on acquisitions for Renaud Consulting as a direct buyer, but also counsels third party clients by providing underwriting services, financial analyses and due diligence services in connection with purchasing and selling commercial real estate. He has helped grow several local firms, concentrated in the Northern Virginia suburbs, as well as participated as both a team member and a leader in global institutional environments (such as JPMorganChase, CBRE and Prudential Financial). Although well traveled and knowledgeable in most major markets in the United States, Mr. Hirt has spent most of his career and is very familiar with the suburbs of the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area and continues his current practice there, helping both property owners and tenants make the best use of their real estate. Mr. Hirt holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University, is a licensed associate broker in Maryland and Virginia and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Michael D. Schofer Mr. Schofer represents tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Mike has experience in leasing and selling various types of commercial real estate, but he is especially skilled in advising clients in marketing retail real estate.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Mr. Schofer served as the Director of Retail Leasing for ROSSI Commercial Real Estate in Germantown, MD. Earlier in his career, Mike worked for ten (10) consecutive years as a leasing agent at Thur and Associates in Mclean, Virginia, where he built his reputation as a retail specialist.

Mr. Schofer also brings with him ten (10) years of experience as a sales and marketing manager for a local logistics company. During Mike's seven year tenure as sales manager, sales increased over 700%. In short, Mike knows how to sell.

Mr. Schofer is a native Washingtonian who grew up in Bethesda, MD. He earned degrees in Mathematics and Finance from Albright College in Reading, PA and is currently working towards obtaining his CCIM certificate. Mike is an active member of ICSC and is licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland.

Mike currently resides in Montgomery County, MD with his wife Nicole and their three children, Alexandra, Francesca and Zach.

Larry Herbst Mr. Herbst represents landlords, tenants, seller and buyers in transactions involving a variety of commercial real estate types (retail, office, industrial, vacant land, mixed-use), but he has a strong passion for, and expertise in, retail real estate.

Mr. Herbst grew up in a retailing family. His career started working for Bloomingdales NYC, as department manager, where he assisted in the merchandising and set up of numerous branch locations in the Northeast. After Bloomingdale's, Larry owned and operated a chain of retail apparel stores in NY and PA which he personally developed from scratch and operated at a 10% to 20% profit margin for many years.

Mr. Herbst knows retail, having been a retailer himself for many years, so he is well-equipped to provide his clients with sound advice and counsel about retail real estate that is custom-tailored to their particular retail business.

Prior to joining Renaud Consulting, Larry worked on commercial leasing and sales transactions at Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., Commercial Division for approximately three (3) years.

Mr. Herbst holds a BA in Psychology from Monmouth College and a MBA from Long Island University He has also been an adjunct instructor of marketing at Baruch College. Larry is licensed to lease and sell real estate in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Maninder Singh Sethi Mr. Sethi specializes in tenant and landlord representation for retail clients with a focus on gas stations, restaurants, fast food franchises, hotels and liquor stores. In addition to being actively involved in all facets of commercial retail brokerage, Maninder also successfully owns and operates a business brokerage firm in the Washington DC metro area.

Maninder is a graduate of the Real Estate Associate Program (REAP) sponsored by the commercial real estate industry, has a Masters in Economics from India, an M.B.A. from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and attended Georgetown University’s program in International Business. Mr. Sethi is licensed to sell and lease real estate in Virginia and the District of Columbia and is actively pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Cheri Fassett Ms. Fassett is responsible for accounts receivable and payable with respect to RC's managed property portfolio and all corporate accounting. Cheri is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 12+ years of accounting experience with Lincoln Property Company (Assistant Controller), First Washington Realty, Inc. (Senior Property Accountant) and Host Marriott Corporation

(Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting). Ms. Fassett holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in accounting from George Mason University.

Lucy Mai VanMs. Van assists RC's controller in all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivables, accounts payable and bank reconciliations. Lucy's prior experience in accounting and finance with the National Geographic Society and other non-profit organizations provides her with the skill sets necessary to assure clients that RC's financial work product will not only be done timely, but accurately.

Ms. Van graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, minored in Accounting. She enjoys travel and gardening in her spare time.

Alex H. MaghrouriMr. Maghrouri's responsibilities at Renaud Consulting include representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial real estate. As a 2012 graduate of Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia, and with family roots and residency in Loudoun County, Virginia, Alex is an important part of RC’s NOVA Leasing team.

Rozana RabadiMs. Rabadi serves as the office manager for Renaud Consulting. Khanh NgoMs. Ngo engages in market research and lease administration at Renaud Consulting. Khanh is technologically savvy, well-organized and enthusiastic, making her a valuable member of the RC Marketing Team.

Khanh Ngo is currently a student enrolled at George Mason University. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a double minor in Graphic Design and Jazz Studies. Ms. Ngo is also involved with numerous charitable organizations, including the World Health Ambassadors, the National Breast Cancer Foundation and Professional Healthcare Resources.
